Mr. 400!!!!!

Congrats to our own Mr. 400!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't dream of stealing his thunder, so read about it all

here when he's recovered enough to share.

Way to go Chris on an extremely hot, humid and challenging day.

You are an IRONMAN!!!!!!!

This is a excellent blog. Keep it going. I'm sure you'd be interested in How to buy & sell everything, like music on interest free credit; pay whenever you want.

Thanks for the sneak preview!

Kudos to you for volunteering on such a grueling day. My hubby and I were there, but as lazy spectators we'd escape to the luxury of shade and AC for periods throughout the day.

The competitors were inspiring. And the volunteers made it all possible!

He ran with his HELMET AND BIKE SHOES on? Is it considered outside assistance if you scream, "DITCH THE HELMET, DUDE!!" ;-)

Many thanks for volunteering!!

Actually, I think he must have just run by the helmet strippers-it was a new concept they were trying out since the wet suit strippers worked so well.

So did you sign up for next year? I heard the race filled in 7 hours. I was also there and am so pumped up. What a high just watching, can't image how it must feel to round that last corner, looking at that finish and being surounded by your family and friends.

Awwww... thanks! *blush* What a great picture. A true credit to the photographer that can make something that ugly look something decent. ;)

Thanks for much for being out there and to the entire crew for your incessant cheering. You were a sight for sore eyes on that run course. Thanks so much for the support! It really means a lot to me.

Are you definitely in for Florida in 2006??
