Add this baby to your podcast!

And on the I -just- worked -4 -hours -of -house- cleaning- and- 10 -hours- of- painting -because- there - are- more-races-and -stuff to buy- than -money- and now I've had two beers and it's the middle of the cycle-and painting 10 hours is boring-but good mental training note:

Best sexed up riffs of all time - feel free to add:

U2- Elevation
AC/DC Shook me all night long

Dang, now I'm stuck-which is good because I need a shower (definitely not cold-trihubby is waiting)

but I need more music for the Shuffle- so, ideas anyone?

I saw that commercial last night and it really pumped me up for my late night trainer ride!!! Something about those lights coming on over that pool....gave me chills.

Ok, I confess I am old fashioned and does not have an iPOD. :(

Just bought my ipod nano and filled it with "old" stuff...."Traffic"(I feel free), and a band (blues/jazz) from Ohio called "15-60-75". I sure date myself, but I will never again jump on the trainer without my sweet nano!

The Kill Bill Vol 1 soundtrack has a couple of nice tunes for workouts.

You MUST have Extreme Ways by Moby, also, The Outsiders by Franz Ferdinand, Float On by Modest Mouse, and everything by The Killers. Let me know and I'll send 'em ;)

You need to get the Best.Running.Song.Ever. = Jeff Beck, Space for the Papa. It is the one they use during NBC IM coverage. It is perfect to run to. I have it on my playlist and call upon it when the going gets tough during a tempo run or other speedwork.

Love the commercial. That's the first time I've seen that one.

Ugh. I've been meaning to call you and Trihubby about my realtor white walls, but keep forgetting. Is it bad to call on the weekend? I know some folks like their weekend time to themselves.

If you like that commercial (I love it!) Then I would go for the "Rock and Roll ain't Noise Pollution" by AC/DC. When I started singing that song to the commercial my 16 year olds jaw dropped and she demanded to know how her old Mum knew that song. Uhhhh, I plead the 5th.
