it's someone who sells their wares door to door, but it's a play off on the fact that it's a tri-store at the same time. Bike shop humor....
Maybe they misspelled it. Maybe they mean NO PEDALERS just so you won't ride your bike right through their front door. :) As in, THIS is the dismount zone.
FI is right, that was actually a pretty smart little sign. Gotta love a shop with a sense of humor.
